By purchasing this flash, you’re claiming that particular colorway to get tattooed by me. The $60 you pay here is a deposit toward your appointment. It comes off the final cost of your tattoo. You’re reserving a tattoo, and the artwork and reproduction rights stay with me.
After you grab it, you’ll get an email with a link to the booking site. We’ll work out the size and where it’s going on your body. I have final say on the size, placement, and any adjustments needed to make the design work as a tattoo. We’ll agree on those details before we start.
The total tattoo price is $300–600, depending on size and placement. We’ll agree on a price before starting, and I’ll deduct your deposit when I collect at the end of the session. I don’t accept tips.
If you need to reschedule, just let me know more than 48 hours before your appointment and I’d be happy to reschedule you. Deposits are nonrefundable for client cancellations. A missed appointment or less than 48 hours’ notice may mean a new deposit is needed.
If you don’t book by a deadline we agree on in writing, or miss your appointment without arranging a reschedule, I may release your claim and relist it. I can decline or postpone work that I can’t do safely or that isn’t a good fit. If I decline your project, or cancel and we can’t agree on a new date, I’ll refund your deposit. This doesn’t limit any refund rights you have under law.
